WHERE do you deliver?
We deliver all corners of the world: both Europe and international. You can find out more about our delivery service on our Delivery Information Page.
For All Europe addresses we use Correos Post (Correos Group, which is owned by the Spanish government).
Items over a certain weight, bulk or value will automatically be dispatched via Correos Mail "Signed for & Track" option
Little Curly-Happy Kids item is sent out from Alicante Spain so If you live far, far away and order especially large or heavy goodies it will cost a bit more to get it to you so the P&P costs will change.
We have two delivery services for our customers. For low cost or low weight items we use Corroes 1st Class International Post. Items over a certain weight, bulk or value will automatically be dispatched via our “Signed for & Track" service and priced accordingly. Please have a look at our Delivery Page for more information.
HOW much is delivery?
Delivery prices for Europe are as follows:
Orders under £10 £3.50
Orders £10 - £30 £7.50
Orders £30 - £50 £11.50
Orders £50- £150 £16.50
Orders over £150 FREE
Delivery prices for International are as follows:
Orders under £10 £550
Orders £10 - £30 £11.50
Orders £30 - £50 £15.50
Orders £50 - £150 £23.50
Orders over- £150 FREE

WHEN will I get my goodies?
For Europe addresses we use Correos standard delivery (3-5 days).
Our international delivery times vary according to the country. For a small premium, we strongly advise all of our international customers to use the "Signed for & Track" option which is both trackable and guaranteed to be delivered (although exact times are not guaranteed).

HOW do you package your products?
We use all sturdy board envelopes for our paper goods and strong boxes for our framed prints, craft kits, and bamboo keepsakes.
I have NOT received my entire order?
Sometimes, to avoid extra postal costs, your goodies will be packaged in separate parcels so may arrive separately even if we have posted them on the same day. Please be patient and see if any separate parcel arrives a day or two later. If after this you still have not received your entire order then please email our Happy Kids Team member, MIA at email@example.com so we can get to the bottom of it.
