The Friends Who Walk Beside Me – Meet My Friends
Every story begins with a friend.
Some of my friends are brave. Some are gentle. Some worry more than they speak.
In my world, each friend carries a heart of their own — with fears, strengths, little quirks, and quiet courage.
They are not perfect. We are all still learning.
And together, we remind one another that growing up — and growing inward — is something we never have to do alone.

Summer
The Tender-Hearted Brave One
Summer is my very best friend.
She feels everything deeply — cold mornings, dark nights, and unexpected noises that appear out of nowhere. New places make her nervous, and surprises often leave her unsure.
She worries.
She questions.
She gets scared.
But even when her paws are trembling, Summer never walks away.
When adventure calls, she stays close to me — even when she’d rather be somewhere safe. She voices her fears and still keeps going.
Summer reminds me that bravery doesn’t mean feeling fearless.
It means listening to your worries — and choosing friendship anyway.

Terrence
The Farting Fong
Terrence has a habit of arriving with the “wind” — sometimes quite suddenly.
He is cheerful, confident, and always very comfortable being exactly who he is.
Terrence does occasionally let out a loud toot at the most unexpected moments. He never means to be rude — he simply believes bodies, feelings, and laughter are all part of being alive.
He talks big, laughs easily, and is certain that everything will turn out just fine. When others worry, Terrence reminds them to breathe, smile, and not take life quite so seriously.
Terrence teaches me that it’s okay to be silly.
That laughter can soften heavy moments.
And that sometimes, letting things out — worries, giggles, or even the occasional toot — is part of feeling free.

These are only a few of the friends who walk beside me. Others are waiting inside the pages — where adventures unfold slowly.
I hope you’ll come and meet them there — inside my book.
Tibbets & Pookie
The Gentle Music Makers
Tibbets and Pookie are the softest souls you’ll ever meet.
They love music, tidy outfits, and bringing smiles to others through quiet melodies.
When they play, the world feels warmer — like home. Everything slows down.
Hearts soften.
They remind me that kindness doesn’t have to be loud or noticed.
Sometimes it arrives quietly, in harmony — and stays with you long after the music fades.
